Emails and phone conversations are charge at $45 per email or call. This charge only applies if we are not on charge time (Hourly or day rate)
Email and calls can be made to vendors, suppliers and business partners on your behalf out of normal charge time.
Any email or call that exceeds 30 minutes will be charged at hourly rate.
